Been using the original formula snd the beauty formula for 2 yrs. Really like them but i am unable to find the beauty edition anymore. Has it been discontinued? Also i wanted to know if it is hydrolized or not, i read different things on line about that. Thanks

Vital Proteins is an awesome company, with awesome products, and awesome customer service. SO MUCH AWESOME. First off, these collagen peptides are great. They are truly unflavored. I add them into my smoothies and there is no weird taste or weird aftertaste. I did try mixing it with cold water, but it didn't dissolve as well as it does in a smoothie. However, I read many reviews that it dissolves better with hot water-hence why many people mix it in their coffee. I suffer from acne and I truly feel that this helps heal my acne marks faster. I've never had issues with my hair or its growth, but I did see that after taking this product for not even a week (I'm not kidding), my hair became so thick-but not in a bad way! I highly recommend checking this product out! Vital Proteins also has the best customer service. I contacted them on Facebook because I received my monthly subscription but when I opened it, the container was covered in residue. Within hours, they responded. I only contacted them because the packaging was different and wanted to let them know how I received it. I wasn't looking for a refund, I just wanted to make sure that their packaging didn't change. Liz was great and informed me that the warehouse where my order came from ran out of their usual boxes and told me she was sending me a replacement for the messy container. Within 2 days of contacting them, my replacement collagen peptides came to my door. LOVE this company and their products. Thanks Vital Proteins!!

I purchased my first container at the store , then signed up for auto ship. Not only do I take it daily , my 90 year old mother does as well. We put it right in our morning coffee and stir . No issues with it dissolving . We are enjoying the benefits it brings , we both have joint pain and this is actually helping us both .

Within 2 months I saw a difference and have only continued to see my hair improve since. I have also felt better, had better skin and nails! I cannot say enough good things!

I've been using this product for a week, so its too soon to notice any health benefits. However, the directions on the website and the packaging suggest you can dissolve this in either cold or hot liquids. This simply isn't true. On 3 occasions I've tried to dissolve this into cool (refrigerator temperature - not ice cold) drinks. On all 3 occasions the powder lumped together into sticky/stringy pieces. Considering the price for such a small amount of the supplement, I was disappointed to have wasted several scoops during these 3 attempts. Just wanted to put it out there so others don't make the same mistake *******this only dissolves in hot/warm liquids*******

I have a subscription and have been using this product for years. I add it to my coffee and it’s always dissolved nicely in a hot beverage. I thought I received a bad batch as it was chunky in my coffee, similar to bad milk. I tossed it and got my next batch and have the same issue. Not sure if the formula has been updated but it’s not good.

When I began taking Collagen Peptides, my nails were weak, my hair was dry and my skin could never seem to get enough moisture. Been taking Vital Proteins for the past 10 years. Used to be 2 scoops a day , now it says 4! I got great results with the 2 scoops so that it lasts me longer. Very flimsy package. Price has gone up quite a bit in the last 6 months. I got it for $19.99 last January. Will continue to buy it from Sams Club .
