I have loved using this for a long time but something is wrong with the new formula. It has an odd smell, does not dissolve nicely, and leaves a weird residue on top of my coffee. The old formula was odorless and dissolved like magic - a 5 star product. Will probably start shopping around for a new product unfortunately.

I'm horrible at taking supplements but this is something I absolutely don't forget to take. Dissolves in coffee perfectly and doesn't taste weird. I've been taking this for over a year and the results are amazing. I smashed my pointer finger in the car door and broke half the nail two months ago. The nail is almost restored. Normally I have very brittle finger nails and hair. Because of these amazing products my nails and hair are healthy and strong! Can't rave enough, love my collagen products!!!

I started using this product about 6 months ago and will never go back! Not only do my hair and nails grow significantly faster, but my joints and muscles don't ache as bad (I am a runner). It is my new go-to birthday present for friends and family - I want everyone to feel this great!

I dissolve this in room temp water. Cold water has it clump up and hot water/coffee/tea supposedly destroys the proteins (so you should NOT use it that way). I find it helps joint pain; don’t see any difference in skin/hair/nails. It tastes awful in plain water but I use very little to dissolve the powder, then chug down a plain glass of water right after it.

So far so good! I love the fact that there is no noticeable taste and it simply and easily dissolves into my coffee each morning! Makes it easy to incorporate this step in to my daily regime. I'm looking forward to seeing and feeling the results 90 days down the line!

I’ve been taking vital protein of kilowatts and I really noticed a difference in my skin in my joints I went without it for five days because I was on a trip and boy did I know the difference when I came back I won’t be skipping my vital proteins again.

1. It definitely has a taste to it I would describe it as bitter. I only noticed this when I was splitting my coffee in two portions and one portion had collagen powder and the other didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed the taste. 2. Does NOT Dissolve well in chilled or iced water it gets very clumpy. I feel like for cold drinks you need a shaker bottle or blender. Otherwise it gets clumpy then sits at bottom of drink 3. dissolves well in hot water. Overall I would purchase the brand again since 90% of time I mix it in my coffee I’ll most likely try the creamer next time. 4. Significant Benefits: I’ve always take collagen so I can’t say I’ve noticed a significant change but for me it’s okay! I’ve always had great skin always taken biotin for my hair although I have noticed my nails been growing faster and stronger but I also started taking hyaluronic acid capsules and coconut oil every morning in my daily diet when I started I causing Vital Proteins in my diet . Overall I love collagen!

I purchased this item based on the the benefits provided, all of which I needed. I stir in a scoop every morning in my coffee, it's tasteless so there's no aftertaste. I can't say I saw immediate results simply because this is my first month of use. This I will remain on until I experience change. My hair is however showing sparse fuzz in areas of scarceness.

In the past few years I have tried all brands of collagen powder and Vital Proteins is the only one that I feel the benefits. My hair has grown a full inch, my knee pain is almost gone and my nails are thick and I feel that if I try to bite my nails I may crack a tooth! One month down and a lifetime to go with Vital Proteins!

I learnt from kalejunkie on Instagram that, this protein was also good for baking and decided to try it. And I was hooked! I bought it from whole foods for the first time on a trip to NY, mind you in Italy where I live it's impossible to find it. Anyway I love it, it's unflavored which I love. I think it's the best on the market. My nails and hair is strong as ever. And am through 2 containers so they are real realistic feedbacks, I am about to order it again.
