I was excited to try this products because of it's benefits plus adding the extra protein into my diet. I am disappointed in the fact that it does not dissolve well in cold drinks. I added it to my iced coffee and mixed well and it still clumped together and sat at the bottom. I tried it in hot tea and while it mostly dissolved, I could still tell that it was in my tea. The only time it worked perfectly, was blended with my other protein powders in a smoothie.

I've taken Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides about 4 times now hoping for better/ stronger nails and hair as it says it promotes, but I haven't seen any difference. Maybe this takes longer to see a difference, but the product is rather expensive to keep up. I really wanted it to work. Maybe it was wishful thinking on my part.

I just purchase from CB- UK and find out it has different label with this web. Grass label but the label is food supplement and dont have ingredients of HA +Vit.C It should be one type of New Grass Label with Ha+Vit.C? But why this ingredients only Collagen?

I purchased this ultimately hoping for joint support. I have yet to notice any effects in that area but my nails & hair are definitely stronger! It dissolves great in hot liquids with no added flavor but have had no success dissolving in cold liquids and smoothies. It is clumpy/gloppy.
