[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most collagen derived from beef has a distinct smell and taste, which is AWFUL. BUT! Thank goodness for Vital Proteins because it taste great! You can't even tell! You can mix this stuff with anything!

I have been using this product for over a year and it’s truly something I can’t live without. I have rosacea on my cheeks and I’m not going to lie, it’s cleared it up quite a bit. Acne? Nope! I also workout every day and it also helps with my joints. I love this product so much! I put it in my bedtime tea every night. Highly recommend!!

I am 42 years old. I originally decided to try collagen peptides in hopes that it would help with some of my fine lines and wrinkles. Additionally, I had surgery on my left leg, ankle and foot last May, and thought that the addition of a collagen peptide may help with the lingering joint pain. After tryng several other brands without noticing much difference, I began taking Vital Proteins. Holy moly, what a huge difference! This has significantly reduced by joint soreness. My skin looks amazing as well! My 15 year old daughter commented on my skin the other day and asked if I've been using a new anti-wrinkle lotion, because my skin looked so "smooth and glowy." This is definitely a high quality product and worth the price. I add it to my morning coffee, it disolves very quickly and is truly flavorless.

I love this stuff! I was losing hair from my head on the sides and after taking this collagen for two weeks I noticed my hair growing back! I had stopped putting my hair up, but now it's up all the time. I love that it is unflavored as well. I only do 1 scoop a day with my tea or coffee. Well worth it!

I thought this was making a meaningful difference in my skin after using it for 2 weeks, however, I developed 3 cold sores. There is a higher level of arginine (which contributes to cold sores) without enough of the counter balance of lysine. I really wanted to use this but can’t risks 3 cold sores at once again.

All my life I had weak nails and could never get them to grow long. Really easy to break. I'm not sure I am getting any benefits from Vital Proteins. First the taste of the Collagen is just horrible. I got the flavorless but when mixed with plain water is so bad I can't drink without gagging. Second the only effect I have seen is weight gain. I am tall and thin and work out 7 days a week. I am a distance runner. But with no other changes to diet and exercise I have been gaining weight over the past 3 weeks. Feeling very bloated. Is this normal? I'm ready to quit using between the taste and weight gain.

Been using the product for 2 weeks. And already the darkness under my eyes is lightening. I couldn't believe it, I've tried creams, drank water, Veggie only diets. Nothing helped, I was just resolved that it's supposed to be that way. I will continue to use the product.

I can easily tell a difference in my fingernails since using Vital Proteins. Usually they are so thin that they can tear, but now they're actually shiny and strong for once in my life! My skin has a new softness to it that I love. I just finished my first container and am ready to by my second one!
