I started adding this to my coffee every morning. I’ve been doing it for over 2 months now. Definitely seeing the benefits in getting more protein in my diet for muscle building. I’ve been in a new workout plan for my wedding and this is really helping me get to my protein goals. I also think the aminos have been great for my overall health, particularly my energy levels & mood. I’ve noticed my nails have gotten stronger too!

In a month or two I looked like I had cut my bangs, even though I hadn't. I had to cut the rest of my hair shorter to match the new growth. It continues to grow in, it grows really fast, and feels thicker than it did even before I got sick. As an added benefit, my nails are also stronger and grow faster, too. I have this every morning in my coffee and I it keeps my skin looking awesome! It’s less dry, even in the winter and it makes my fine lines much less noticeable. Takes about 30 days to see a real difference but super worth it. I tell everyone about it!

I've been taking this for a little less than two year now. It took about 8 months for me to notice any improvements in my hair and nails. I could never grow my hair past a certain point for my entire life and now it has grown about 2-3 inches past that length. My nails are noticeably stronger (although still very weak), but actually grow and have some length to them. This has been the only product that has worked.

I wish I could like and use this product, but I've tried to drink it several times, both with and without food, and each time it causes abdominal cramps and diarrhea about 4 to 6 hours later and lasts about another 12 hours. Wanted it for joint issues and skin, but I just can't use it.

I've added one scoop to my first cup of coffee every morning since it arrived. I'm only about three weeks in, and have not seen any major changes (I already have pretty strong nails, which I attribute to my *mostly* whole30 eating habits) but am hoping some scalp dryness might resolve itself with continued use? In any case, a good dose of protein in the morning that I remember to take consistently is worth it all by itself. Will definitely reorder!

I bought this item about a month ago and I feel I am already seeing a change in my skin for the better. I love that it dissolves easily in hot or cold liquid and that it is unflavored. As with the Marine Collagen I put a scoop in my morning coffee, smoothies, hot tea, or just add it to plain water.

I'm horrible at taking supplements but this is something I absolutely don't forget to take. Dissolves in coffee perfectly and doesn't taste weird. I've been taking this for over a year and the results are amazing. I smashed my pointer finger in the car door and broke half the nail two months ago. The nail is almost restored. Normally I have very brittle finger nails and hair. Because of these amazing products my nails and hair are healthy and strong! Can't rave enough, love my collagen products!!!
