I have to give this two stars, inspite of loving the product, because of their new packaging, which makes it an inconvenient mess to use. I love the concept of conservation and using biodegradable packaging, but this does not WORK! There is no way (and my husband is in construction and very handy) to open this package without annihilating the cardboard top and rendering it useless to properly contain the contents. Please either go back to plastic or rethink the design. It's not fair to consumers who put their hard-earned money into supporting you.

I’ve been using a couple of months now. Started out wanting some relief from joint discomfort. I got that but my hair and skin was a unexpected and amazing surprise. I’m am older women with thinning hair and eyebrows. Both have become noticeably fuller Love this product. My skin has also taken an upward turn. Getting complements all the time

I've been a subscriber for several years and I used to love the product. Something has changed. Someone either changed the source of an ingredient or the processing and it's not for the better. The product used to dissolve well, now there is scummy residue that floats. It's gross. I'll be looking for a different collagen source and cancelling my subscription.

New Packaging Horrible! Its cardboard now so you cant really securely close it properly... i feel like they are penny pinching it and consumers take the hit. They used to provide the scooper inside the container, now no more of that.. Im starting to think, are they skipping out on the quality of the product itself too? Might be changing brands. Sad...

I have recently started taking collagen due to hair shedding and for better skin appearance.. so far, my hair seems shinier and what has really improved are my nails.. they are hard as rocks, with no white little white stains and growing super fast.. My mother and sister are taking it with me and they both suffer from rheumatoid related joint pains and their pains have lowered considerably, so I think it's not a bad idea to take it as an overall health supplement. I do not love the fact that it still tastes like collagen, but I understand most collagens are not particularly super tasty.. I will definitely keep taking it since it boosts Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid intake, which I am also after..

At first I thought this stuff was awful and how am I ever going to drink it. It clumped and had an horrible smell. I had to plug my nose and try to swallow it. I didn’t give up and realized if the put it in hot water it dissolved great. I let it sit for a while to cool then added it to some powered drinks. I now drink it everyday with no problem. I’m on my second container. I’ve noticed my nails are much stronger.

I was waking up every morning with stiff joints and I’m going through menopause so I had thinning hair and breakouts. I started using collagen powder in my morning smoothies. Within a week I felt and saw the difference. I want to couple days without using it just to see and Yep I kind of went back to the same situation that I started from. So I’m happy to say that this product does work, it’s been very effective for me. I would recommend it to my family and friends for sure. I struggled to find a good unflavored protein for my daughter and myself. This has passed the test with flying colors! I mix it in her water daily with a tiny bit of water flavoring (bc she likes it not bc the protein taste bad). And I have no problems getting her to drink it. She has trouble getting protein due to picky diet. So this has truly saved her! Her endocrinologist told us she needed more protein and I started her on this. Just started using this powder about 2-3 weeks ago and I love it. I noticed a big difference in my hair and it’s definitely gotten thicker. I also get eyelash extensions and my lash tech asked me if I started taking collagen because my lashes have grown out so much. Definitely recommend!
