I have been using the powder for several months now and besides the ease of use (ie no clumping at all) I find my knees to be really improved and I have bone on bone so that's saying alot. I'm 67 and hoping to continue using it indefinitely. I also very much appreciate that it is grass-fed.

I have used Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for several years and found it helps keep my hair thick and healthy, quite by accident. I originally ordered it to help my nails and joints, but when I ran out of it for several months I noticed my hair get very dry and thinner than normal. I’ve been adding 2 scoops to my daily routine (1 in my coffee, 1 in my breakfast smoothie) and I cannot believe the difference in my joints. I have been suffering with arthritis in the base of my thumbs and after 1 month of Vital Proteins, it is undetectable. My nails have also grown like crazy and I think my skin is brighter with some fine lines plumped out. Great product! I’m thrilled to have found it!

I started using vital proteins because I wanted really nice healthy skin,hair, and nails! I have thin damaged hair and lose a lot of hair while a shower but once I started taking vital proteins I hardly lost any! My skin is the best it’s ever looked and my nails are soooo strong! I was a little skeptical when first buying this product because of the price for only 2 weeks worth, but man it’s totally worth the money! I’m recommending this to all my friends and family.

I have used this product for years, and wondered why there is a bagged product to refill the plastic container. So to see the latest update, they removed the scoop...that is less than 90% of the plastic used in this packaging. Product is great. Love it, and 100% back the results...just not their try at environment friendly packaging.

I'm been taking the unflavored peptides daily for over three years. It dissolves well in my coffee and is tasteless. However, about 10-15% of the tubs that I purchase have a terribly strong smell and taste. I keep in a cool, dry place so I'm not sure if it's a quality control issue? Smell the peptides first when you open the container. You'll know right away if it's bad.

I bought this two weeks ago because of all the good reviews and marketing! Jennifer Aniston looks AMAZING and youthful so why not? Well... I was very disappointed. I tried mixing only half a scoop into my iced coffee and it was chunky and stringy. I then tried mixing it in just plain water and once again nothing dissolved. It looked like a chewed up piece of gum!! I couldn’t stomach it. I am so upset, because I really wanted to start supplementing collagen. Not worth the purchase.

I really like this product - mostly I've been putting it in my lattes and smoothies. I love that it has protein and it keeps me full. I also really like the benefits for the gut and skin. Sometimes if I just dissolve it in water I can sort of taste it, so I definitely recommend mixing it with something else. I've been putting it in my matcha lattes (which I make in the blender) and I don't taste it at all!

I wanted to try this product based on the number of reviews. I wanted to see some extra growth in my nails and hair and I haven’t really noticed anything different at all. I stopped using it daily a few days ago and I’m not sure I will continue. A little disappointed.
