This was my first choice after much research on collagen peptides. I suffered thinning hair due to a medical condition and achy joints from many years of running and working out. I have been drinking Vitas about 3 weeks and have noticed my hair is growing quicker and feels better. Also the pain in my joints is markedly better! I will continue to use Vitals with anticipated results! I will also note it quickly dissolves andhas little to no aftertaste.

Vital proteins is Awesome! It has cleared up my skin. Made my skin more elastic. My acupuncturist says the needles stand up when she uses the needles on me. I switched to Vital Proteins from another brand that I had been using for 3 months. I have been using Vital Proteins for one month and like it much better than the other brand! My friends that see the canister in my kitchen are always taking pics! That seems like a great compliment to me!!!

After a couple weeks of using this product my skin began to break out terribly. First it was small puss like bumps primarily on my cheeks and jawline that turned to cystic acne. My eyes were also very irritated, being bright red, watery, and even crusty in the mornings. I am in my early 60s and have never had such terrible breakouts, however my skin is sensitive. I hadn't changed anything in my skin routine, so through the process of elimination, timing and other reviews determined it was the new supplement causing the problem. Caution to others... be aware of potential negative side effects. Personally, I am experiencing the exact opposite of why I took it in the first place, anti aging and glowing skin. Ugh!!

It took about two weeks to start feeling the results. I take 2 scoops in my coffee each morning. I have noticed that I have more energy, better mood and are not as hungry. My work out at the gym have approved and I am sleeping much better. This is a great product.

I'm not expecting instant results, so I will review again later, but I put a scoop in each cup of coffee each morning and I can't even tell it's in there. Expecting good results along with biotin that has already made my nails as hard as Chinese algebra.

As a person with a very restricted diet, I struggle getting enough protein every day. This is my 2nd container of this formulation. Huge fan of collagen in general and have tried several different companies. The addition of the Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin C especially the HA is what caught my attention. For me personally it has helped to keep my sun damaged skin as youthful looking as can be expected at my age. I am also seeing positive results in fingernail growth and strength. I add the powder to my morning coffee and it dissolves with no issue and no noticeable taste.

I love this product and recently decided to subscribe to the larger 20 oz size. The scoop in the larger size container looks visibly smaller than the one I had in the smaller 10 oz container and I double checked by pouring liquid from one to the other. However the package says each scoop is 10 grams of collagen per scoop. What is the actual measurement for the scoop in the 20 oz container? Thanks
