I've been taking collagen for 6 months. The powder is certainly easy to take, very mixable and works well with my protein powder. But in terms of benefits, I would say that's harder to tell. I don't really see any difference in my hair, skin or nails. In fact, my nails still seem to break as easily as before.

I had gastric bypass surgery 4 years ago and I wish I would of found this product sooner. I've been using the 2 scoops a day in my coffee and im seeing results in my skin and hair . My skin has an amazing hydrated glow to it and my hair is not falling off as much as it used too after a shower. I highly recommend

I absolutely love how this product dissolves completely in any liquid, hot or cold, and has barely any taste! I add it to my coffee every morning for an extra boost of collagen and vitamins. I am not good at being consistent with my supplements, but this one is so easy to incorporate, that I am able to use it every day!

Didn't realize I ordered the advanced peptide. When added to my hot tea 1/4 of the powder clumps into a hard mass. This is not appealing. Going back to the regular formula. Downgraded one star because of the clumps. However, the components work extremely well. I've been taking the product in one form or the other for about a year. I've notice a difference in the texture of my hair. Its soft and breakage has all but stopped. Nails grow strong. Other than the clumping, would highly recommend this product.

In black tea or black coffee, I do not taste this powder. I think there a tiny bit more body in the tea, and not noticeable at all in my black coffee. Always hard for me to notice benefits like “lines the gut”. I don’t have joint pain so I can’t review it’s efficacy there.

I started taking the Collagen in May because of hairlos and an old knee cartilage damage in hope it does what they say. And yes it does! My hair and nails are growing really good and faster than usual. My knee is better when Iam working out. I had the choice between collagen injection or this and I decided right. Of course it take a while until it you see results but every morning in my coffee I don't taste it I love it!

It's been a month now since starting this stuff and I've noticed three essential changes. One is my hair is growing like a weed! So happy for that with the hair loss situation I went through and also my inflammation and sluggishness are not gone altogether, but definitely a noticeable decrease in both of those.

My husband & I both love the collagen peptides. My husband usually has a healthy breakfast of eggs & will take along a smoothie made with the collagen peptides as he drives to work. I bought the collagen a little over a month ago and so far I really do like it, my fingernails seem to be growing better, I was drinking in my my coffee in the mornings but kind of notice it gives me heartburn so I started drinking it later in the morning with my water. I just received a notice today that you were going to be selling less product for the same price not real happy about that, I don’t understand why you couldn’t just make the container smaller and keep the same amount of ounces at the same price or if you were going to be taking away product the price should reflect that.
