I have to admit that I am hoarding the capsules because I am worried that they will be out of stock again. I take 30 of them a day. I use the powdered green and blue canisters for cooking. I love the way my skin, hair, and nails look and what the product is doing for my gut health.

I've been putting a scoop in my coffee every morning for a couple months now, and my nails are already SO much stronger than they were before. This product has absolutely no taste -- I blend it in my coffee, and it adds a little protein boost for my morning run, too. Love it and will not stop using this anytime soon!

I began using the product only a short time ago, so the actual benefit still remains to be seen. That being said, Vital Proteins is absolutely tasteless (a PLUS), mixes well into any beverage I've tried it with (hot or cold) and does not change the texture of the beverage (a HUGE PLUS for someone, like me, who is very sensitive to texture). 39 and have arthritis. I'm super skeptical of stuff like this but I actually think it's working. Also if you put it in your coffee, you don't taste it at all. I am a repeat customer. Only negative is trying to open it and break the seal on a new container. Its quite difficult, especially with arthritis. I have had to use the prong on a fork to get the darn seal off
