I started this collagen 3 months ago, thinking it wasn’t going to do much. I however knew I was missing something in my diet and supplements. I have two kids so of course I have the “mom bod” and with that comes stretch Marks! Let me say that I was so amazed after my third month, I looked at my skin and my stomach where I have the most stretch marks…..y’all they are fading!!! my hair is growing faster, my eyebrows are growing more, my nails are stronger than ever!! I have numerous health problems related to a heart defect and type 1 diabetes. My mobility is sometimes hindered. It's safe to say my joints aren't what they used to be. I started using vital proteins in my coffee twice a day a few months ago and honestly I can't go without it. I still have issues of course but nothing like I did BEFORE I started using this product. Side effect? My hair has grown SO fast since I started vital proteins and it just looks better. My hair has grown past the middle of my back and I've been able to stop getting keratin treatments. I LOVE VITAL PROTEINS!!!!

Saw a huge improvement in my nails,skin, & hair right away. The only thing is it taste so bad!! I can't get it to dissolve very well in room temp water, cold or hot anything. It just goops up & I literally have to blend or put it in something I can shake for a couple minutes. It's definitely not odorless or tasteless..I gag almost every time I drink it. I'll try a flavor one next time to see if that mask the natural taste of it.

My doctor told me to stop taking the supplement and 2 weeks later blood work was repeated and iron levels were lower!! My white blood count was also extremely low…we are still monitoring that!! Yes my hair grew very fast!! But not thicker!!

Being a long distance runner I use this product mainly to maintain my knees and it works great. It's got high protein and collagen content, so it works both ways as protein supplement and collagen supplement. For what its worth, it blends nicely in hot liquids but not in cold. I personally like to have it in my oat meal bowl daily.
