I have been using vital protein collagen peptides every morning in my coffee for about two months now. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My skin looks and feels better, I can definitely see and feel the difference. The individual packets were very convenient but I worry about excess package waste so I opted for the large container. Just pour and mix, the powder dissolves instantly so you can’t tell anything was added. I was afraid there might be some left over powder pieces at the bottom of the cup , but nothing. It really blends in completely with no taste.

Dissolves readily into my coffee; leaves a temporary froth, which I actually like. I cannot taste anything, which is great. I've been using Vital Proteins going on 3 weeks and I love it... I have tried several different kinds to save money etc and NONE compare to VP - I will ONLY use this product - I see results within 3 weeks! My hair, skin and especially my nails really notice the big difference - will never shop anymore will stick to the best product EVER!!!!

I just recently started using Vital Proteins, so haven't yet noticed any significant changes and can't really give an accurate review. I have noticed a slight increase in energy, so hopefully that is a sign that it is beneficial and I will see more improvements ahead and why the four star vs a five star. I do love how it easily dissolves in my coffee.

After taking it for 6 months Ivsaw an article on the web about dangerous heavy metals in collagen peptides. Your brand was the worst for amount of Arabic. I quit taking it and would like a refund on the last unopened container of it. Sadly I had discarded the box and packing slip so I don't know how to send it back.

Since I started collagen I have noticed my skin looking smoother/younger. My nails are growing faster. I think there may be some effect on my hair but I have not been using it long enough to say for sure. There is no flavor and I definitely recommend stirring it into a hot drink not cold. It makes it so much easier to just stir in and have it dissolve rather than clump. I'm amazed that I can not even tell it is in my coffee or tea.
