I love this product! I have been using it for over 2 years now and love the effects. I like to put it in my post workout protein shakes to be my daily collagen dose. The last container I bought had a new design. The container has a new way of sealing the product, a perforated rip tie. Before, the container used to have the same twist lid, but under was a tamper seal over the opening. I found this new perforated tab to open the container to be highly complicated. The tab is incredibly small, and recessed with the lid making it very difficult to grab. Another complication I have experience several times with this product, is with the scoop. Too many times I have not been able to locate the scoop as it gets buried at the bottom within the powder, creating a complicated time using the product. Overall, this is an amazing product, I will continue to use it - but hope to see changes in the packaging! I rate 5 star on all of the topics below, but would rate the packaging a 2 star as it is not accessible for everyone or easy to use.

I’ve been taking this product since FEB 2020 and have not gone more than a few days without. As others have mentioned, huge improvement for my hair condition /growth, nail strength, skin - far less dryness, wrinkles and “crepe”, joint pain and my nail condition after years of continued gel product use. At almost 65 these improvements are ALL welcome! I use the product either in a smoothie or with my coffee almost every day. Just buy it !

I had covid in March and about 4 months later my hair started fallng out. I lost half of my hair and decided I needed to try something to stop hair loss. I also eat plant based so I could possibly lack in protein. It was a hard decision for me to drink this product due to what collagen is however my hair stopped falling out and it's growing back. I'm supposed to eat a high protein died and have a hard tine getting the amount of protein each day that doctors recommend. I put a couple scoops in my coffee each morning and get 40 gm of protein first thing in the morning. It dissolves better than any other product I've tried, with no taste.

I think I notice some difference with my skin and hair. But I noticed more effect on my digestion which I love. I don't however like the taste. I need to mix it with something that has flavour in order to be able to stand it. It's flavourless but has a really bad taste. I wouldn't buy this again I would prefer to buy the one with the flavour next.

I am so happy I bought this! My joint pain has improved within the first week of use. My nails are no longer fragile. They are strong, long and beautiful. The product is truly unflavored. Don’t hesitate to purchase. I am happy I signed up for the subscription.

I bought this a month ago and it dissolves like a miraculous elixir of the gods, in coffee. I can’t tell yet if it makes my face more youthful but I FEEL more youthful , so that’s something!! Thank you - I found it at my local store, so now I’m buying it from them.. thanks, robin

I just bought this product for the 1st time as recommended by a friend. When I opened the seal I saw that the container was half empty! It was so shocking to me considering the amount I paid for it. Such a shame! My 2 star rating is for this reason only. I haven’t tried the product long enough to see the results. Will submit another review after a month or two.

I have been using this product for 2 years now and the results are amazing. I see a huge difference in my skin and hair!! Both look and feel so much better after I started Vital Proteins!! My over health has also been better too, I have also not been sick either!!

This is my first time ordering this product, and I'm baffled by all the reviews saying it's flavorless and completely undetectable in hot beverages. I mixed it into my coffee and while it dissolved well I immediately noticed an odd off-putting flavor that made it difficult to drink. Maybe I got a bad batch? As others have mentioned the container was only about half full as well - maybe it's actually for the best since the taste is difficult to stomach.
