I was so hopeful about this product after reading positive reviews. I stirred 1 tablespoon into my morning coffee as directed and suffered from a stomach ache, nausea, and diarrhea throughout the day. I am afraid to try it again, but I have an entire container left and it was pricey, and I really want the benefits it advertises!

Maybe I was looking or expecting too much. But I tried this product for a month and received my second container. I hadn’t noticed any changes in my skin which is what I was hoping for. I am going to use up the second container and will make a revision if I can see some changes.

Mixing this into my night time tea helps me get extra protein for muscle recovery at night. It agrees with me much better than casien or whey products. Frequently I mix it into other foods. My husband scoffs at this, but little does my he know I slip this into his coffee, oatmeal, smoothies, etc whenever I make such things for him... works on kids too. It's been done.

I have been using this product for several months. In the beginning I felt as though my hair was a bit thicker and my nails were a bit stronger. I use this daily (1 scoop in warm or hot liquid as I didn't think it dissolved as well in cold liquid). The site says 1-2 scoops but due to the expense, 2 scoops would not last more than a month.

I bought this a month ago, used the 20g a day it called for. I did not see any difference in anything! My joints still aches, my nails and hair are as they were. They have always been healthy I just thought I would see growth as you read in other reviews. No difference in my skin either. Waste of money in my opinion. I rate this product a ZERO!

I love that you can add it to anything and doesn't change the flavor at all but does dissolve as easily in cold drinks. The peptides mix well with any beverage. I use it in my coffee.. no difference whatsoever. My husband uses it in an aloe comfort drink cold and a little thicker consistency.. it does clump but no taste or issue just stir a little more. No noticeable health benefits yet 2 weeks so far.
