Collagen has been such a great addition to my daily routine. I haven't had enuf time to evaluate whether its helping my problem I do use the capsules - but break them apart and put the stuff in my coffee. The capsules are tough to swallow 6 at a time. I know you have powder, but think from things I have read that it can deteriorate on the shelf. Don't mind doing what I'm doing.

Well I started noticing results very minimal. But I'm now on my 5/6 week just recieved my auto shipment on time. But after the last 10 days I am unable to sleep through the night because this product is causing so much gas. My 1st month I had no trouble. This new jug I kept waiting it out but I'm gonna have to stop taking it. Something is different! Havent contacted company yet. We will see what they do. I have not changed one thing about my diet .
