I absolutely LOVE the collagen peptides! I've noticed a definite change in the appearance of my skin as well as nail growth. I love the unflavored. Helped with thinning hair and strengthening my nails. I tried the chocolate. My nails started thinning out and basically stopped growing. This tells me there’s less collagen in the chocolate. I went back to the unflavored and once again my nails are growing and strong again. I feel gipped after buying the chocolate. Made my coffee nice to drink but that’s about it.

I've been using this product for a while now, but there's something different about the most recent shipment I received. The powder doesn't dissolve all the way now and it honestly tastes disgusting even though this particular collagen powder is supposed to have no taste. I will be switching to a different brand. It's also lame that they decided to get rid of the scoop it comes with.

I read an article about - and am kind of shamed to say m, considering my age and education! - Courtney Kardashian and her diet, and happened along this product. I had been looking for a collagen product for some time, as I am almost 47 and want to try and maintain skin elasticity as long as I can...to keep up with my 34 boyfriend/fiancé. I am on my third month...and I am slowly seeing positive results. The most obvious is my hair. When younger I did treated my hair awful (perm era, every style, cut, colour) and the hair itself (not quantity) thinned and became delicate. It is significantly thicker and stronger feeling...and it has a gorgeous curl to it now!!!! My daughter thought I was curling it daily - and I just thought humidity was crazy this summer (it is too curly for humidity), then it clicked. I have thin fingernails that split and broke easily, I notice they are not splitting at all, and the breaks are significantly less. Verdict is out on skin still but I am giving that more time - I have been going through very stressful times in life at the moment, so I'm giving that more grace. I have been taking this collagen supplement for a couple weeks now. I am rating it as a 4, because I feel like I'm too new to have a full decision about this product yet. So far, I really like it. I decided to try it after seeing a lot of fitness accounts I follow instagram promoting it, especially Nourish Move Love. For me, it's more to aid in a healthy lifestyle than to cure anything. I recommend putting it in coffee and not just water. I can DEFINITELY taste it in water. It isn't flavorless, more like it just doesn't have added flavor. Overall, good product.

I bought this awhile ago. Was hesitant to start using it. Couldn't get past the idea that if I put this in my coffee, I wouldn't notice a difference. Well I finally bit the bullet and tried it. No difference in the taste or structure of my coffee. So easy to use. Will highly recommend.
