I have been using this for a month and am in love! I can already start seeing the results in my skin. Also, my wrist that always hurts is feeling better. Astounding,, I love that it has no taste, but actually makes my green tea have a better mouth feel!

I bought this for joint/muscle support with my workouts and so far, so good. I’ve had trouble with my knees and I’ve noticed a little improvement since starting this supplement and hoping for a little more. Maybe a little weight gain with initial introduction but I’ve heard that’s normal. It does have a taste if you mix it with water but anything else covers up the taste.

Started on this nearly a year ago, mainly for leathery, extreme dry, aging skin. I’m 72 for reference. Skin is so much better, no more constant itching. Hair is thicker, also. Noticed all these new growth hairs after just about 2 months. The big benefit for me was a surprise. Dry eye symptoms, runny eyes, grittiness, etc., are hardly noticeable. I first thought I was imagining it, but if I miss a couple days, the symptoms come back. I don’t put it in coffee, while this product is unflavored, I do get a gelatin taste. It also doesn’t dissolve well in cold anything. I end up with gooey clumps. So, I put about an inch of hot water in my glass, add the VP, mix a little, then add 2 ice cubes to cool and fill the glass with cran-raspberry juice. I’ve also noticed a variation in the powder as others have mentioned. The first time my container had large crystals and brownish bits, I thought it had gone off, I was about 2/3 thru the container and this stuff was at the bottom. It didn’t smell right either. I threw it out. The next couple I received were fine.

It came highly recommended by a friend. I bought for joint health. But I'm also seeing delightful added benefits with thicker hair, stronger nails, and drastic improvement of skin elasticity! All this in 4 months of daily use!!! Thank you, Vital Proteins!!! Oh and my joints are improved as well!

I've been taking this for about 9 months now and I definitely noticed a difference after about 4 months. I take religiously, at least 5-6 times per week either with a smoothie or with hot tea. I don't taste it in the smoothie, but when I dump in my tea there is an odd flavor and it's sticky to the touch (not necessarily bad) but worth it for the visible benefits.

I am normally VERY skeptical of diet and beauty fads, but it's hard to ignore so many people I trust raving about VP's Collagen Peptides. That, coupled with the fact that my wedding was coming up within a year, made me pull the trigger to try some collagen peptides (long thick hair, strong nails, sign me up!) I started noticing a difference in my hair after a few months of taking 1 scoop a day in my coffee. WOW! I used to have super thick hair in high school, but when I hit my late 20's it started getting more brittle and not as thick. The past few months of taking collagen has completely changed that. My hair is breaking less, less is coming out in my hairbrush and my hair just feels so much thicker and healthier. Not to mention, it's growing like crazy - my hairdresser can't believe it. My nails having been stronger and peeling less (I wear nail polish constantly and keep my nails short, so it's hard to really assess the health of my nails - but they seem a lot thicker and less 'bendy'). Most exciting, though, has been the improvement in my skin. I've struggled with hormonal acne since I was 14. I've also noticed a decrease in my fine lines, and my skin just seems to 'glow'. This stuff is magic in a canister. If you're undecided, just give it a try for a few months. I will be a lifelong fan - I just wish it was easier/cheaper to get here in the UK!

It doesn’t dissolve in cold liquids only in hot, but i use the nutribullet i put the liquid first, sugar and at last the collagen finally put the lid on and blend it thats the only way I have found it dissolves in cold liquids. I am being taking it for three weeks and i am not sure if its doing a benefit yet on my body internally or externally i will continue taking it and probably buy another just to give it a chance

I've been using this for 4 months. No more knee pain while working out after the first month of using it! My overall health has improved.....hair and nails grow awesomely. Be patient and you'll definitely see and more importantly feel improvement in how your body feels ,looks , and functions.
