I first purchased this in January 2023, it helped strengthen my hair and nails, and there was no taste. I loved it. I purchased my second one in March 2023 and the taste is too strong, like how a cow barn smells. I will be returning it and trying a new brand.

I had a subscription for years, then I had to stop for 12 months bc my son was having a reaction thru breastmilk. I was excited to use it again but it tastes terrible now!! I used to put it in my coffee, now the taste ruins my coffee. I stopped my subscription immediately. So sad that it’s not the same

I’ve been reading this a couple months now and I had hair loss behind my ear it is growing my skin soft not itching my bones don’t hurt like they used to when I go up and down the steps I don’t eat as much I feel full I just feel better. It’s a little pricey but I promise it’s worth it I got my daughters on it and she loves it

I bought this a month ago, so it has not been that long. I mix it in my cold water canister and my hot tea. In the cold water, I add a bit of hot water with a scoop of the powder. Stir with a spoon and it completely dissolves clear , then I add cold water or ice. Same thing with my hot drink dissolve a scoop in hot water , once dissolved clear add more hot water and then tea bag. It has no flavor and I don’t smell anything. Very easy!

Within two weeks of using this product the wrinkles that had just recently appeared under my eyes over the past few weeks are completely gone by using just two scoops a day every morning in my coffee problem was solved will continue to use this product

I used to lose a handful of hair every time I shampooed. I first tried this product at one scoop a couple times/wk and it did nothing. At my friends' insistence, I decided to try 2 scoops/day, EVERY day. After about 5 days my hair stopped falling out in the shower. What a pleasure! It really works! Completely flavorless and odorless.

Let me start by saying, I'm not someone who takes a lot of supplements. Despite my best attempts, I don't remember to take my vitamins regularly. I'm not on Instagram enough to see all the latest crazes. And I don't have the money to spend on expensive supplements either. Vital Proteins is my exception to all that. I'm in my 30s, so figured now is the time to enhance my skin and protect my joints. And I do think there is a bit more elasticity and glow to my skin and my joints feel smoother (I've had bad knees since high school). Also my nails are strong as heck! This stuff is a bit pricey and it does taste a bit funny (I add it to coffee with cream and that helps a lot!) Also it helps tide me over till lunch time. And while I have no definitive proof of it's usefulness (despite my nails), I've found it worth it enough to keep using it everyday.

Before I forget, I do wish it was easier to open the jar. The outer safety seal is a pain. And it seems you have to twist the lid way more rotations than an average jar to open each time. BUT Im never sure it's doing anything when I am taking it, but I sure notice a difference in my skin health when I stop. I may take breaks now and then to pinch penny's but I plan to keep buying it.

I've been enjoying my collagen peptides and am noticing a difference in only a month. I see my nails are getting stronger and even the complexion on my face seems to be brighter. I'm relieved and happy I'm getting this in my system because it's so difficult to get enough in the foods I'm eating naturally.
