I have been using for a month a haven’t noticed any changes yet. I’m hoping to see improvement in hair, nails and skin. I hate that they are virtue signaling and removed the scoop . If they really cared about plastic they would use less plastic in the tub they fill only 60 percent full.

I used this every day for 2.5 years and then it was like taking nothing. My nails had really started to improve and then they started splitting all over again. I thought maybe I bought a bad batch but for the cost, I can’t afford to take that chance.

I have been using Vital Proteins collagen peptides for about 6 months now. I love adding a scoop to my morning protein smoothie. I get a mostly flavorless protein boost. I can also add it to any other food or beverage that needs a little extra protein. It doesn’t dissolve super easy in cold clear liquids and has a taste and texture similar to gelatin. I don’t know if it’s made my skin any better, but my hair and nails are definitely growing faster and stronger than before I started being more mindful about my protein intake.

After taking this within 2 days my joints throughout my whole body have been throbbing. Don't know if it is limited to this brand or not but it was the first I tried. Having a hard time seeing anyone else this has happened to but can't seem to understand it when it said it is supposed to help with that.

I add mine to coffee on most days but also this blends in well with water. I have noticed an improvement in my joints (ankles and knees). I suffer from tendinitis and have been able to stop taking Motrin. My GF and I are just about done with one container of it Im gonna buy again.

i have been taking collagen peptides for a month and a half now and i feel so much better! it has elevated my moods and energy and has my skin looking glowing, i have actually gotten compliments at work saying "what kind of natural makeup am i using?" and i tell them i started taking collagen.. anyhow im only 30 years old but i wanted to take preventive measure and i am really liking this product!

I don't use protein powders because I try to avoid anything with more than 5 ingredients, also avoid soy and dairy which are in most protein powders. However, I always wish I had a little extra protein to add to my smoothies each morning. This has been the perfect addition! And I swear my hair is thicker and my skin is glowing!

I really wanted to add Collagen Peptides to my daily routine to help with hair/skin/nail/joints, but unfortunately the "unflavored" taste is too unpleasant in my coffee. It has a creamy taste to it that reminds me of formula. I read countless reviews that said no taste, but I definitely taste it and don't love it. I need to try some ways to mask it because coffee didn't do it.

Claims it's good for hair and nails. I had 9 beautiful, long strong fingernails. Wanted to keep them that way. Been using this product for 2 weeks. Destroyed my fingernails. They are peeling, cracking, all dried out. I do appreciate the protein and the very slight taste.

I was recently diagnosed with Alopecia Androgenetic, which causes my hir to fall and thin more and more. Even though I don't have a lot of hair, once I started taking my Vital proteins (about 3 months ago) it just started growing so much!! It got thicker (like, for real) and not to talk about my skin..feeling hidrated all the time, even winter. I'm really thankful that I'm able to have my vitamins in order with Vital Proteins :)
