[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 61 yrs old. I have taking Vital Proteins daily for 2 weeks. I really haven't seen much change. I did notice i am not as run down. I am a very active 61 yr old with knee and leg problems. I have also increased my daily vitamins and changed my diet. There is a taste to it but no overwhelming. I drink it with my hot tea in the evening after work. So I am going to keep taking it and see if it helps. I will be back with any update in 30 days.

I have been using this daily for over a year because my protein levels have always been low. Without changing my dietary habits other than adding this to my morning coffee, my protein levels are now within normal limits! This product is flavorless and dissolves quickly in coffee so there is no change to the flavor or consistency of the coffee.

I have a subscription and have been using this product for years. I add it to my coffee and it’s always dissolved nicely in a hot beverage. I thought I received a bad batch as it was chunky in my coffee, similar to bad milk. I tossed it and got my next batch and have the same issue. Not sure if the formula has been updated but it’s not good.

It came yesterday and when I unboxed it, there was so sticky on the bottom of the container, but it wiped right off. I just started using it this morning. I thought I would use one scoop in a beverage in the morning and another scoop in a beverage in the evening and I’m glad I did. The one scoop in my glass of orange juice didn’t seem to want to dissolve it stuck to the side and also to the bottom it was sort of like I was drinking chunky orange juice. Fortunately, it didn’t taste bad and I was able to drink it without too much trouble I wont use orange juice again. To be fair to me and fair to the product, I’m going to give it a few weeks and I’ll come back and do an update but so far with what I know I’m pleased.

I first used this as part of a protocol to heal my stomach. It has helped tremendously with morning nausea I sufffer from as well. My stomach is great I a Off of PPI's. I will not be without my collagen. As a great side benefit my skin looks amazing and so do my nails.

Love it! I've been taking the collagen powder for about a month and really see the difference! I'm mixing it in my morning coffee and its helped so much. I have been taking collagen for two years now... an I have tried every kind! I have noticed a big difference with my joints an my hair an nails! Honestly it really works you will notice a big difference in how you feel in week or two with your body exspecially if you are older like me.. after a month you will really see with your nails.. month half for hair for me anyway.
