I tried the vital proteins collagen protein powder and really enjoyed it in smoothies. After taking it consistently for a while, I noticed it helped with my hair, and decided to subscribe. It costs a bit more than the mainstream tubs of protein, though I understand it's more of a premium niche product.

I enjoy this product- it is tasteless and can easily be stirred into hot liquids. It doesn’t blend as well in cold drinks. I have seen some improvement in my nail health, but my nails are a challenge. They are incredibly thin, and Vitals has helped them grow faster.

I love how easy it is to sprinkle in my coffee, juice, smoothies, overnight oats etc. This has made my skin glow, my nails tougher and my hair grow faster. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a little boost especially when your skin gets dry in the winter.

I initially bought this from a third party seller. It had a strong not-too-pleasant taste and was difficult to mix in to anything but super hot liquids. I decided to go through Vital Proteins directly since this product is supposed to be unflavored and dissolvable. I have the same issues. The only way to not taste is it to put it in smoothies— however it remains chunky and most of is sticks to the side of the blender cup. I do feel like it’s beneficial to my health overall, but I’m getting annoyed with sticky white residue everywhere

Ever since I started taking vital proteins Collagen Peptides one scoop every day, I have seen huge improvements in my digestive system and my sleeping habits which to me needed a lot of help. I am so happy with this product and I will never miss a day of my collagen!

Extremely disappointed in the new formula and in this company for not educating their customers who have subscriptions on the changes they made to the product. If I'm subscribed to a product, I deserve to know when something has changed before the next autofulliment is placed. Subscription is now canceled. No amino acid profile is listed on the container anymore. New formula no longer dissolves in coffee and has a strange taste. A cow is now on the container which doesn't even match the marketing photos. Overall disappointing.

I love my collagen peptides! I've noticed my hair and nails grow faster and my hair is so much thicker and so shiny! I experienced a lot of hair loss due to seborrheic dermatitis and I have thicker hair now than before my hair loss! The monthly subscription is totally worth it and so easy to manage. I change my date every month to fall on payday and it's easy and very user friendly. Thank you Vital Proteins!

I haven’t used long enough to see any results, so can’t rate for effectiveness. It’s tasteless and not gritty so that’s a wonderful plus. Will continue to use - might help, can’t hurt. It is kinda calorie heavy, however - 70 calories per recommended daily volume.

I bought a version of this product before through a third-party retailer and was pleased after a month of using it, so I decided to subscribe through Vital Proteins. This version also has Hyaluronic Acid and Calcium, which is supposed to help with absorption. I prefer the original (this is called "original" but if I'm not mistaken the actual original contains only collagen peptides). I felt it was more effective and more economical. This bottle is only half full, unlike the ones sold through third party retailers, so it's misleading and an incredible waste of packaging. I hope the pure collagen peptide version sold through other retailers does not change. I cancelled my subscription and will not be purchasing this version again.
