I bought a few of these when they were in sale and didn't realize that I have been consuming collagen that has mold. I don't realize that black dots were not supposed to be in the powder.

I've noticed a significant improvement in the thickness of my hair since taking this. I add it to my morning tea to keep my intermittent fasting on track. It works!

After using it for a few months now, I feel like my skin has changed a bit. Doesn't look too deflated. I figured how to make it almost a "caramel" texture since this stuff likes to clump up if you don't mix well (which happens often with me). Before mixing evreything together I would pour sweet cream and mix the collagen together and it'll form sweet globs that almost mimics caramel! Afterwards I'll add ice to it. Then in a separate cup I would mix my banana nut bread coffee protein coffee with some milk or water then poor it over the ice with the collagen/creamer mix. SO GOOD.

I have been using this product for many years and love it. The reason for the 3 stars is I am 78 and have osteoarthritis in my hands. Fortunately my husband can get the product open but not before using a knife. I hate the new packaging. We finally get it open and I put it in a nice, easy plastic container from another brand. Please go back to the easy packaging.

I take this product to give me extra protein in diet even tho I also use a protein powder drink in my effort to get more protein in my diet. I weight train along with other types of exercise and feel I need it. I'm not that big a meat eater either so it helps in that way.. I know it is not a complete protein but it counts. I do think the statements it strengthens nails, provides joint support and hair growth are exaggerated. I've used daily for two years and none of those statements are true in my case. I mix in coffee so it is a quick intake which I line.

I noticed a lot of reviews complaining about the newer packaging. Since I was a brand new user, I was unbiased. I tried the product and… not only does the powder work but there is absolutely nothing wrong with the packaging. If you just open it the way it's designed, I'm not sure what the problem would even be. As for the collagen, I really think my skin has tightened up some and I look and feel good as far as skin and hair go. I'm going to reorder and keep using. I do wonder if you really need 4 tablespoons per day? It seems like a lot (could you use 3 and get an extra week out of the canister with minimal difference?) but it does dissolve really easily into coffee and has absolutely no flavor. Recommended!

My husband %26 I have put a scoop in our coffee every morning for a few yrs. I originally had him begin for increased protein for energy, and yet, we both have our hair stylist tell us how quickly our hair grows. I noticed that it also relieves the joint pain in my thumbs of beginning arthritis %26 I even told my Dr. how much it has helped. I saved the scoop from previous cartons, but I wish they would return to including it.

Flavorless, clean collagen peptides without additional ingredients. First time buyer and had zero issues opening it. Just pull the lid up by the lip, and then remove the circular strip. The opening instructions are very clear, for those that bothered to read them.

I can only go by what I read about the importance of protein and collagen. Since I lift weights and also run, I can't isolate feeling better to this product. So, I take it on faith. And, that my trainer recommended it. By the way, I'm 81 Yrs old. However, I do have a question about the product, Recently, I've noticed that when I shake the product into my water bottle, it foams up a lot! This is new. It didn't used to do that. Did you change something in the formula that causes this?

Love VITAL PROTEINS- blue box. My 80 year old Aunt seen it on my pantry shelf and told me she has taken this for years and swears by it. She always scores well both for bone density and golf. Lol. You should see her skin, it looks fabulous. Apparently Vital Proteins is a family thing. My niece sent me a box as she swears by it as well and wanted me to try this after I had some medical issues causing thinning hair. I am 1/2 way through the box and I have nails. I can only contribute it to Vital Proteins, I haven't had nice nails in years. The healthy hair is starting to happen as well.
