Product dissolves well. New paper packaging is terrible. Very difficult to open with joints that hurt...pinching to pull up the thin paper lid is near impossible. We have to decant into a better container to use it and always lose a bit in the process. Disappointed in the change. Hemp plastic would have been a better choice.

I have used collagen for two years now. I usually order from an online store and pay $50 for a 30 day supply and always keep an extra on hand. I tried Vital Proteins when I ran out and realized I didn’t have a back up and saw it at Sam’s. I am truly amazed by the Vital Protein’s collagen compared to my more expensive usual. First it doesn’t clump in my coffee or hot tea, second there is little to no taste and third there is a notable difference in my hair and nails after two months of use taking one servings a day. My other collagen brand did not do that! I recommend this 100% for the results, price and convince!

I've been using this brand for years. It's changed my skin and nails for sure. My recommendation, don't use a scoop, measure out 20 grams exactly into your cup on a food scale. You'd be amazed at how different scoops and tablespoons weigh. This way you will get the full value for your money.

Prepare yourself to need to spend extra on a cannister to put your newly bought product into it, IF it makes it intact. That is what I will be doing with mine after the "cannister" arrived in worst condition than a kicked empty roll of toilet paper. I ordered porcelain plates, which made it fine, but you can imagine how this product arrived. To the vendor, if the intention was to be environmentally friendly, be aware of how your product is being shipped to your customers. In my case this is my first time buying your product, and I'm not confident on being a repeat. There's recyclable bags of better quality than this made up tube with a lid, be aware of where your customer is purchasing your product from please.

The product itself is 5 stars but they just recently changed the packaging and it won't keep the product fresh. It takes several months to get through this product and packaging matters. It sucks they don't provide a scoop and now you have to move the product to a different container once open.
