Highly recommend the product in better packaging.

I really like the product, however, the new unimproved packaging is ridiculous. Very difficult to open. Ever heard of Keep It Simple Stupid. This is a product packaging FAILURE

New packaging is not user friendly.

New packaging is super hard to open and not user friendly. The easy peasy open video tutorial is not how it works. I destroyed the lid opening the container. A bag with a zip top would sure be more friendly.

I love this, so easy to use and it dissolves quickly and completely and I can't even tell it's in my coffee. And as for complaints about opening the new package, I don't understand, the directions are printed right there!

The new packaging is great that they use less plastic. However I had to destroy the packaging to open it. I thought it was cute at first when I read pull here don't twist you got this. And I didn't think it was cute when I didn't have it.

As for opening the canister, we do not recommend using anything sharp like a knife or scissors to open your packaging. If you would like to use a tool to aid in breaking the perforations, we recommend that you gently use the back of a spoon or a butter knife to pre-break the perforations on the lid. If you can pre-break the some of the perforated line, this should allow you to lift the lid with more ease. Powder in new packaging tastes terrible.

I love the product hate the new packaging. Ever since it changed, the powder has an off taste. Can't describe it but it's not flavorless anymore and has more of a sour taste. Why change a good thing.

I do not like the new packaging… bring back the original container for protecting the product… cover does not stay closed and more susceptible to absorbing moisture

Great product, terrible packaging

I have been using this product for years. The new packaging is terrible. Bring back the plastic packaging. I hurt my wrist trying to open the new one.

Excellent Product!

I LOVE how well this product dissolves in my morning coffee! No clumping and completely disappears quickly giving me my collagen for the day. Dissolves better than the products I have used previously.

The packaging is bad!

I love the product and have used for a few years. The new packaging-- Please go back to the drawing board. THIS IS AWEFUL! I wasted half of the container just trying to open it! I tried to upload a picture but couldn't.
