I've been buying this product for years, but I'm done. The new packaging is horrible! I've hung in there hoping you change back, because I destroy the package every time. Time for a new brand.

Can’t beat this price when it’s on sale. My hair growth and strength has truly improved. I stopped taking it for awhile and I regret that. Major mistake. I had such an increase in hair loss it was scary. Stock up when it’s on sale!

Like most recent reviews, love the product but hate the new paper packaging. Very difficult to open. I much prefer the old plastic containers, easy to open and reuseable!

It's been 3 years of product use and my nails and hair are beyond good condition. If I miss using the procduct for some weeks due to travel, I can tell the difference,

I am not sure who the marketing genius is behind the new cardboard packaging but for me it is an epic fail and although I have been using the product for a while, that ceases with my last purchase.

I like this product but continue to find issue with the packaging. This idea of less plastic means nothing if the product is wasted because the packaging is so poor. The cover needs to be drastically improved or go back to plastic.

I've taken it twice so far. There is a funky smell and taste. The gas that it produces is pretty foul. Don't take it on date nights. I will continue to drink it, but it's not tasteless.

I love this, so easy to use and it dissolves quickly and completely and I can't even tell it's in my coffee. And as for complaints about opening the new package, I don't understand, the directions are printed right there!

This was my first order of Vital Proteins and will be my last due to the horrendous packaging. I can see that I'm not the only one that feels this way.

Packaging is impossible to open. Broken nails, almost stabbing myself with a knife to just get into the package. Good grief. I will go to another product.
