This is a great way to sneak in some protein. I would not recommend mixing in any cold beverages, because it will not dissolve. I put a scoop in my coffee each morning.

Great collagen, I know that it is working because my knee and joints hurt when I miss a few days of taking it. I can tell a difference in my skin as well. It dissolves well in hot liquid especially in coffee. This is a must have!

Preferred by my doctor to get extra protein in my diet. Works well in hot beverages. Gets lumpy if the liquid isn’t hot enough. Tasteless. My husband adds this to his oatmeal.

Completely flavorless. I add it to my coffee and it’s unnoticeable in my 16oz iced coffee. I add it while my coffee is warm to help it dissolve faster then pour it over ice. My joints aren’t as stiff and my skin looks better

Great collagen powder. Even better when it’s affordable priced and you can find it at Sam’s Club. I feel like it’s a trifecta when it’s on sale at Sam’s.

Love this product in my tea 🫖 every morning-it enhances the flavor and I feel better when using it. Not sure if it helps my hair & fingernails but my toenails are stronger 😂
