I love these biscuits and the fact that I can bake as many as we want for a meal.  I put the rest in a zip lock bag in the freezer.  I would like to know the potassium and Phosphorus content of the biscuits.

Why did you shrink the buttermilk biscuits? Did you also change the recipe? Not buying these anymore due to the changes. I would have much rather paid the higher price than what you've done to them. Very disappointed.

Why did the directions change from banging the can on the corner of a counter to pressing with a spoon? I still bang them. I now let my grandson bang them. That's the most fun part. LoL
