I've always raved over these biscuits until recently and enjoyed them because of how convenient they are as well as they taste like fresh biscuits, however recently my last two bags have been disappointing. When removed from oven they have been hard at the top. sadly I had to throw my last batch in the trash. Have you changed the recipe or what is the issue?

A first time buy (and last) due to the insane amount of salt (sodium) in each biscuit, which made it impossible to enjoy this product. I expect a well-established brand to be more health-conscious and responsible. The only positive thing during this disappointing experience was the biscuits rising beautifully while baking at 325F-350F.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find these great to serve with fruit and whipped cream. Because they are frozen, I am able to bake two or three ay a time in my toaster oven. This is the season for berries and I love shortcake with the Grands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillsbury Grand Southern Homestyle Buttermilk biscuits taste like your mother’s Mother home made biscuit. Light fluffy and delicious. Putting alittle butter and honey or Strawberry jelly makes the biscuit even more yummy. Can’t eat just one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these biscuits are the best. they taste like grandma used to make. they are easy to cook just take as many out of the bag put on a baking sheet and set the oven. they bake up lite and almost melt in your mouth.

I am most unhappy with Pillsbury dropping the 4 pack of buttermilk biscuits. Three generations have grown up on these 4 pack buttermilk, country biscuits.  How can you be so cruel and stop making them.  No notice at all, I went to 4 stores looking for them until I called Pillsbury.  Please reconsider and bring back.  Please reply!

We have used Pillsberry frozen biscuits now for years both buttermilk and southern style but we have recently experienced a bag that we tried three different times in the oven and they do not rise at all and we haven’t changed anything here at the house. We keep them in the kitchen freezer or our front porch freezer but have never had this problem until this bag. They came out looking like a little rocks you can throw at somebody.

I changed biscuits at one point, but went back to Pillsbury Frozen biscuits. All of them are good . Buttermilk, or butter whatever you use you will be pleased . They are good with any meal .

Not as good as my mom's but then Mom was a fantastic cook and I did not inherit the ability to make biscuits like her. These are big and fluffy, great with gravy or some of my homemade apple butter.

So easy to pop in the oven and bake them up in the time it takes to fry the bacon (or sausage) and make the gravy and fry up some eggs. As a senior citizen cooking for just the husband and myself, we bake four at a time. Gravy and biscuits today and Sausage biscuit tomorrow.
