Like other reviewers, dead at about 1.5 years.

Read many reviews with similar experience. Lasted about 1.5 years and then wouldnt charge much anymore. My application was an RV. I bought three of these and they charged on solar and powered my fridge and other devices. In California so lots of sun during the day. Now they wont charge over 11.4 and stop running some devices by the time midnight arrives. 300 amp hours down to nothing basically. I did add distilled water twice to maintain them.

2.5 Year Life Not Acceptable

This was used as a battery for a backup sump pump system. It was never really used and since it was part of a system it stays charged all the time. I still check the battery twice a year and this Spring it was dead - would not take a charge. Other reviews mention similar results. Perhaps it is time to switch to Lithium chemistry. Yes it is twice as expensive but if it lasts for 10 years - I am money ahead and not left with a flooded basement.

Exceeded expectations

I have three of these powering a 36V Trolling motor since July 2016. They are a little thirsty having to use almost a gallon everytime topping all of them. Done it 3 times since purchased. I use my boat almost every week and spend betwwen 2-5 hours on the trolling motor. I always charge them as soon as I return. Still going strong!

Duracell Marine Battery

Purchased in September (Mfg. Date Aug. 2024) used intermittantly for a trolling motor for less than a month. Charged it prior to storing in a heated garage, and put on a charger (May 16th 2025) and the battery was shot! Avoid these batteries at all costs!

Drained

Battery lasted 16 months. Thought I was trusting a good name battery. Sorely mistaken.
