We have had our matress for several weeks. It is very comfortable. Easy to order, and delivered to our home. The whole process of ordering, receiving and setting up was very easy.

It has been a month since we purchased this mattress. I was waking up with my body aching. That is no longer the case. I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. The mattress is firm, but not too firm. We love it.

We bought this mattress about six months ago. At first, it was fine. We had no issues. But now we both wake up with our backs hurting so bad. You sink into the mattress and there’s a little support now that it’s been used for six months. My husband says when you try to roll over it feels like rolling up a mountain because you sunk down so low into the mattress. I read the reviews and chose this mattress for the price and mostly positive reviews. I wish I would’ve went with something that was more expensive and better quality maybe it would’ve lasted longer than six months. We’ve already ordered a new mattress.

The logistics and price of the purchase were excellent, however the firmness rating was misleading. The mattress was rated at a firmness rating of 3 but in my opinion, based on the firmness descriptions, it should be a 2. We have slept on the mattress now for about 3 weeks and although it is comfortable the "squishiness" concerns me regarding the long term use. If I had the opportunity to try the mattress before ordering, I would have selected one that was firmer. However I would recommend the product to a friend who is looking for a soft to medium mattress.

I purchased this mattress hoping for an inexpensive alternative to the name brand foam mattresses. My opinion is that it is way too soft. You sink into it making it hard to change positions. If you sleep solely on your back, it may be ok, but as one that rolls around, not so much. I will be returning it to get something firmer. But, the Sam's experience was fine. I received it a day or too early and they were good about updating me so I could track the shipment.

After 5 years, three high end coil mattresses, and, enough foul language directed towards a certain mattress professional outlet to make a sailor blush, we have found a comfortable mattress. I will not bore you with tails of pain and partner movement issues except to say that those issues have been resolved rather nicely with this 12" Night Therapy Elite MyGel, King size. I also will not bore you with tales of the insurmountable warranty maze and the thousands of wasted dollars spent with mattress professionals. Just take my word for it that they are not professionals. If you feel sleepy do not go to a mattress professional. You will regret it. It is all a shell game. We have been sleeping on this mattress for two months. It was easy to set up. There was no odor. It is no hotter or cooler than any mattress we have owned. It took me a week to get used to the firmness and a month to really feel good in it. My leg pain is gone. My girlfriends hip and shoulder pain is reduced and getting better the more time she spends on the mattress. Sleep quality is improved for both of us. I do not disturb her getting in and out of bed. This is a great mattress and great value. There were no issues with Sams Club or the delivery. This mattress will work on any box spring and frame. If you need more support you can always place a thin plywood board between the box and mattress. It probably wont be needed, though. This is the best mattress I have owned as an adult. Less strain and less pain in both my body and wallet. At this price if the mattress dies in two years I will just buy another and not feel as bad about it as I have with the recent ones I have owned.

We had an expensive Serta traditional mattress which disappointed us from the start, but had no way of returning. After 2 years we couldn't stand it anymore and despite wasting all that money decided to try one from Sam's due to their great return policy. Never had a memory foam mattress before, was worried it would be too hot. We should have bought this long ago! What a difference. We both sleep better, and realize now that a lot of our morning stiffness and aches were due to the mattress. Very comfortable, very soothing, thinking of replacing 2 guest beds with this mattress. Per the other reviews we did let it air out in a guest bedroom for 24 hours after unpacking it - not a super strong odor, it bothered my husband more than me. It came right to our door, didn't need to be home, and easy for 2 people to unpack. The reviews were very helpful in making our decision but we noticed most were made under one month, so wanted to wait to see how we liked it after a longer period. Very happy with this purchase, and the price was great too. Most of all we were sold by Sam's return policy, which made it a no-risk purchase of something we couldn't physically touch or see ahead of time.

I have to say, at first I was not sure about ordering a bed online without trying it first. But the details on the materials that make up the bed and the cost for such quality. This was a driving force to purchase this product. I am glad that I did, the first night sleep was something that my body really missed. I have been able to sleep through the night and feel rested and refreshed in the morning. Again the Best Investment I have made in a very long time. I have already told several friends about this bed and hope they will really consider and purchase one for themselves.

We went out on limb by only reading reviews and never even testing this particular gel bed at any store, but have tested other gel beds and loved them. So knowing we may possibly hate the mattress and losing $500, we decided to purchase here...and we LOVE our decision! It's exactly like the other gels in the big stores, but paying waaaaay less for luxury. My back pain at night is GONE and my husband's achy joints have also disappeared. When you get the box, it's large but we dragged it into the bedroom. Follow all the instructions and the mattress rises to full thickness within 30 minutes. The other reviews scared me about the smell, and I did smell it out of the box, but I let it air out for one day with no sheets and lots of lysol and febreeze with a fan on it. It was odor-free by bedtime and we've had it for 2 months and haven't smelled a thing. This is a great choice! I'm not disappointed at all.

This mattress was packaged wrong. I have bought two Mem Foam beds from "Bed in a Box" in Tennesse that are wonderful. They come vacuumed flat and rolled to fit in box. When un-packaged they regain the proper shape evenly. This one from Night Therapy was folded in two places and where the folds were, caused damage to the foam and has still not flattened out. There are two creases across the mattress about 18 inches from each end, giving it a slight wavy top surface. It has been sleeping OK, but I question how long that will last with the crushed foam at the shipping folds. I will buy my next one from Bedinabox.com, a little more money but a proven quality product made in the USA!
