Definitely a 2 person installation. The mattress is pretty heavy and awkward. We noticed no odors, and we both slept great from the very first night. Initially was going to order the 10", but it was out of stock, very happy with this one. Quite different from the spring mattress but very comfortable. Has only been a week, but so far so good.

I was looking for about a month for a good Mattress and after so many reviews I tough I made a good decision I ordered this one but I wasn’t what I wanted Didn’t expand the 12 inch. I left it expanded for 5 days and just got 10 inches. Cheap material and bad odor

I've had this mattress for 6 months now and I love it. I was amazed how it came in a box to my door and once taken out and laid flat how it grew. This made it easy for me to get the mattress up my stairs. I wanted a memory foam mattress that wouldn't get hot when you slept on it. So the gel center is important. This mattress is so comfortable that my daughter wants one. I would recommend letting it air out for a few days before using it but other than that, I would highly recommend this mattress.

I bought this memory foam mattress for my son's bedroom. He loves it. We opened it up and it expanded to full size in no time, the smell was very faint. It's been several months now, and he, though finicky, still loves it. I slept on it last week and it feels a lot like our Tem***pedic that we've had for 12 years. I think that's why our son loves it, it's like ours. I love it because of that and it was a lot less expensive.

I purchased this mattress in October of 2012, it was very comfortable for about a year and then it started to get gradually really uncomfortable. Every morning I wake up, my back is killing me and I am tossing and turning through the night. I guess I got what I paid for, I think I will have to splurge and go get a Beautyrest, mattresses are supposed to last 8 years at least!

I bought this mattress for my daughters room & had it delivered to home - when it came it was rolled in a box - I thought there is no way this is a queen, quality mattress.....however we opened it up and it puffed right up - over another day it was even puffer. But she absolutely loves it - she said it more comfortable than the Sealy she had before and it does seem to keep her cooler. I would highly recommend this mattress. The material is thick and seems of good quality. It is true to size and definitely worth the money.

This mattress was ordered to replace an old innerspring unit in a guest bedroom. It arrived quickly and I got it upstairs by myself - much easier to handle than an innerspring unit. It was unwrapped immediately and expanded very quickly without any noticeable odor as reported by some. It has been slept on several nights and reported very comfortable. My only issue is that the cover (really a zippered bag) is lighter weight material than normal innerspring covers. This may be normal for foam mattresses.

I bought two of these mattresses for my two son's rooms and they are really enjoying them so far. We haven't had them for long but they arrived on time and were easy to put on the platform we have for them. I wish they had a specific warranty and not just a manufacturer defect warranty.

Received in just a few days. Be prepared and have at least one friend available to assist....this thing is heavy. I replaced a 7 year old Serta Perfect Sleeper (junk) and couldn't be happier. As I read in the reviews before purchasing, you will need to allow yourself a couple of weeks to get used to it. I woke up with sore joints for the first few days but soon dissipated and I now look forward to going to bed earlier. The cool gel layer seems to work as I have not had any issues with getting hot during the night. Now, if I can just find a good pillow........

We needed a new mattress, but hate spending $$$. Reviews were great, we were still hesitant/skeptical...but hopeful. When the box came, my husband called and told me how great it felt and that I needed to hurry home because I wouldn't believe how comfortable it was. We even drove straight home from our vacation because we didn't want to sleep on a hotel bed one more night.
