Assembly could not be complete because pieces were splitting while screwing in bolts and boards were missing. The wood is soft splits easy. I contacted KidKraft for replacement only to find out all requested pieces are on back order. When following up the only response it they are looking into the problem. Definitely not the quality expected!!

Buying this Playground was a mistake I do not recommend it at all for safety reasons the quality of the wood is very poor since my husband started to assemble it, the wood was very thin, toasted and it was already cracked with splits, my husband had to reinforce the joints with pieces of metal we have had it for less than 2 years and my children have used it like 6 times at most

We bought this for the summer for our five and eight year old. Our eight year old is small and she barely fits in the tunnel. It has a lot of features that the kids like but I wish the slides and tunnel were bigger. This swing set seems for suitable for kids under seven. It also took four guys (all construction equipment mechanics) about seven hours to put together.

Bought this for our grandson and thought 4 adults could put together in no time...very wrong! Very disappointed in the quality of the wood and didn't get pass building the first tower when we threw in the towel! Should have taken it back. Hired a professional that was one recommended by KidKraft. The "professional" sawed the pieces to get it to go together, worked 3 days to build with 2 helpers, and cost me a fortune! Never again! Tunnel is so small grandson barely fits and he is 3 years old and small for his age! Also, many areas that a child can fall from. Not safe. Wood has already started to splinter. Now we have to put a sealer on it. More money! For what I spent on this I could have bought a much better quality playset locally.

I bought this playset for my grandkids last month and it’s not the quality I thought it would be for the price. Disappointed about customer service from Sam’s and the company that makes it. Disappointed about the quality of this product. If my son in law didn’t mind taking it apart I would return it for a full refund.

I only had the swing set up for about 3 weeks now and top layer of the boards are peeling so my 3 yr old got Splinters. When we first got the swing set the boxes were damaged and so was the wood. Chunks of wood missing from the boards. I had to use different screws to put together because not all the hardware was there.

Cute swing set with a lot of extra activities. My biggest disappointment is it's for younger children. Ours are from 2-6 years old. The 6 year old will outgrow this set very soon. A set we had previously bought for our other house had where you could raise the swing set bar up to another level as the children grew. This one does not. The only thing you can do is raise the chains as they grow. Not much chain or head room to raise a lot if you have tall children, which our 6 year old happens to be. The tunnel is adorable. Our skinny 6yr old fits through it just fine. Heavier set children may have a problem. It is very, VERY narrow. My first thought went to my daughters best friend, who is at our house every other day. She is also 6yrs old but a little heavy set. I know she would be beyond embarrassed, as this tunnel would be to small for her. The slides are normal sized and work great. Sandbox under fort would only allow room for 1 child to play or 2 very small 2 or 3 yr old. To sum up this review, this set is very nice for kids 5 and under. If that is the age you are looking for and wont need it beyond that age, I highly recommend it. If your children are older, or you are looking for a set to grow with your kids, keep looking. After 20 hours spent putting this one together, we will keep it probably through next year, then have to turn around and buy another one that "fits" the entire family and guest. Not sure we will get our $2,000 out of it. But someone with really young children and no guest to worry about might.

Grandparents bought as a gift for our three kiddos.. didn't come with option to assemble so we did it ourselves... 3 people working 9pm-12am for 5 days. Finally got it done. Its wonderful!! The kids love it! Now for pros and cons CONS- instructions were less then helpful. Yes we got it built, but by no means was it clear and easy. Some parts wernt clearly labeled, we had to disassemble and retry for mirroring parts that were not instructed how to assemble,10bags of the same type of hardware etc. Very frustrating. Lastly it's only a 2yr warranty. This brings concern with a purchase this big and doing research on playsets. Minimum is usually 5yrs. So well see. The tire swing is plastic. Which is a little odd. The kids have yet to play on the it because it tips easily. PROS- kids love it, can be enjoyed by all ages. We have a 2yr 4yr 9yr old. Multiple kids can play at once and not all be crammed into a tiny spot. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend for families that have space time and sanity to build haha Cant add photo. Says file to big

Just bought couole weeks ago. The large wood board to the tunnel and swing set cracked. And the tire swing is cracked. Just so cheap. I got it for my kids age 6 - 2 so they arnt big. Just very disappointed in this playset....

If you take the time to read the instructions, you will have no problems assembling this. Some people say they had poor quality lumber but I have to say not a single piece of ours was damaged. I can tell I will need to stain or clear in a few months for protection but I expected that. All in all it was enjoyable to assemble and now watching our kids play on it was worth it. Again, if you take the time to read the instructions, you will not have any issues. They have you put certain things together in certain order and eventually it makes sense why they have you do it. A+ on the instructions.
