Grandparents bought as a gift for our three kiddos.. didn't come with option to assemble so we did it ourselves... 3 people working 9pm-12am for 5 days. Finally got it done. Its wonderful!! The kids love it! Now for pros and cons CONS- instructions were less then helpful. Yes we got it built, but by no means was it clear and easy. Some parts wernt clearly labeled, we had to disassemble and retry for mirroring parts that were not instructed how to assemble,10bags of the same type of hardware etc. Very frustrating. Lastly it's only a 2yr warranty. This brings concern with a purchase this big and doing research on playsets. Minimum is usually 5yrs. So well see. The tire swing is plastic. Which is a little odd. The kids have yet to play on the it because it tips easily. PROS- kids love it, can be enjoyed by all ages. We have a 2yr 4yr 9yr old. Multiple kids can play at once and not all be crammed into a tiny spot. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend for families that have space time and sanity to build haha Cant add photo. Says file to big

I bought this playset for my grandkids last month and it’s not the quality I thought it would be for the price. Disappointed about customer service from Sam’s and the company that makes it. Disappointed about the quality of this product. If my son in law didn’t mind taking it apart I would return it for a full refund.

We bought this for the summer for our five and eight year old. Our eight year old is small and she barely fits in the tunnel. It has a lot of features that the kids like but I wish the slides and tunnel were bigger. This swing set seems for suitable for kids under seven. It also took four guys (all construction equipment mechanics) about seven hours to put together.

Bought this for our grandson and thought 4 adults could put together in no time...very wrong! Very disappointed in the quality of the wood and didn't get pass building the first tower when we threw in the towel! Should have taken it back. Hired a professional that was one recommended by KidKraft. The "professional" sawed the pieces to get it to go together, worked 3 days to build with 2 helpers, and cost me a fortune! Never again! Tunnel is so small grandson barely fits and he is 3 years old and small for his age! Also, many areas that a child can fall from. Not safe. Wood has already started to splinter. Now we have to put a sealer on it. More money! For what I spent on this I could have bought a much better quality playset locally.

Delivery was easy and quick, putting it together was complicated and time consuming but thats just how these play sets are. Be ready to spend a good amount of time putting it together and getting confused a couple times but overall was what I expected. Only been put together for a week so can update on how it holds up but so far so good and kids love it.

The kids like it but it was a pain to put together, the material were low quality, some boards were warped, too many types of screws were used, some holes were predrilled and some were not. We were disappointed in the overall quality and sturdiness of this product.

We have had this barely 6 months. Took over a month and half to get it shipped even doe it said 2 weeks when we placed the order. There is no way it is sealed cause it's all fade after barely 6 months. When we did get it after waiting a month and a half many things were damaged. The customer service was something else. They never did ship all the replacements boards and part we needed. We just went to lowes and got what we needed. I would love to add pictures but keeps saying my files for a cellphone picture is to large. Go figure. I wouldn't waste your money.

I only had the swing set up for about 3 weeks now and top layer of the boards are peeling so my 3 yr old got Splinters. When we first got the swing set the boxes were damaged and so was the wood. Chunks of wood missing from the boards. I had to use different screws to put together because not all the hardware was there.

Just bought couole weeks ago. The large wood board to the tunnel and swing set cracked. And the tire swing is cracked. Just so cheap. I got it for my kids age 6 - 2 so they arnt big. Just very disappointed in this playset....

If you take the time to read the instructions, you will have no problems assembling this. Some people say they had poor quality lumber but I have to say not a single piece of ours was damaged. I can tell I will need to stain or clear in a few months for protection but I expected that. All in all it was enjoyable to assemble and now watching our kids play on it was worth it. Again, if you take the time to read the instructions, you will not have any issues. They have you put certain things together in certain order and eventually it makes sense why they have you do it. A+ on the instructions.
