Bought it a month ago and grand kids love it!! The instructions a little bit off, so we had to do a few things different to get it right!! But my husband and I were able to do in about 30hrs(few hrs over a 4day period)!!

Awesome! If you follow the directions you should be able to put it together without major problems. It took us about three days to put it together. It definitely was easier when the little helpers were napping. This is for little kids not teenagers.

My two kids love it i built it myself with just a little help from my husband with the big parts it took a long time to built it with the kids around but its worth the time i spent on it the only bad thing about it is the tunnel is very tiny other than that everything is good

If possible invite many of your friends to help. Make sure there is a hardware store open and nearby you may need it. You need a lot of patience to set this thing up. Parts missing and stuff just doesn’t lineup.

The kids all love the playset. Some parts were a little more challenging to put together than others. Make sure you read the instructions and don't just look at the pictures. You will put stuff together backwards if you do, also look at the big book of instructions along with the instructions that come in each box, some information is missing from some pages in the little book of instructions so follow the large book.

Grandparents bought as a gift for our three kiddos.. didn't come with option to assemble so we did it ourselves... 3 people working 9pm-12am for 5 days. Finally got it done. Its wonderful!! The kids love it! Now for pros and cons CONS- instructions were less then helpful. Yes we got it built, but by no means was it clear and easy. Some parts wernt clearly labeled, we had to disassemble and retry for mirroring parts that were not instructed how to assemble,10bags of the same type of hardware etc. Very frustrating. Lastly it's only a 2yr warranty. This brings concern with a purchase this big and doing research on playsets. Minimum is usually 5yrs. So well see. The tire swing is plastic. Which is a little odd. The kids have yet to play on the it because it tips easily. PROS- kids love it, can be enjoyed by all ages. We have a 2yr 4yr 9yr old. Multiple kids can play at once and not all be crammed into a tiny spot. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend for families that have space time and sanity to build haha Cant add photo. VERY DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER!! Been working on it for two weeks now. Slide delivered with multiple cracks. Have contacted customer service and awaiting resolution. Definitely hire someone to put together.

Our server kids love the play set up itself but assembly was a nightmare. It took several weeks and Kidcraft left out several parts, so we weren’t able to get it ready in time for Christmas. Customer service was hit or miss, some people were very helpful and others couldn’t seem to figure out what playset we were referring to even when mode number was provided along with receipt.. Not the end of the world but when you pay $1,500 it’s disappointing. A couple of the boards were split and instructions were unnecessarily complicated.

Bought this for our grandson and thought 4 adults could put together in no time...very wrong! Very disappointed in the quality of the wood and didn't get pass building the first tower when we threw in the towel! Should have taken it back. Hired a professional that was one recommended by KidKraft. The "professional" sawed the pieces to get it to go together, worked 3 days to build with 2 helpers, and cost me a fortune! Never again! Tunnel is so small grandson barely fits and he is 3 years old and small for his age! Also, many areas that a child can fall from. Not safe. Wood has already started to splinter. Now we have to put a sealer on it. More money! For what I spent on this I could have bought a much better quality playset locally.

We have had this barely 6 months. Took over a month and half to get it shipped even doe it said 2 weeks when we placed the order. There is no way it is sealed cause it's all fade after barely 6 months. When we did get it after waiting a month and a half many things were damaged. The customer service was something else. They never did ship all the replacements boards and part we needed. We just went to lowes and got what we needed. I would love to add pictures but keeps saying my files for a cellphone picture is to large. Go figure. I wouldn't waste your money.
