I bought tv a month ago and am not satisfied with the picture as it is very dark and I cannot get it to be lighter and it is very hard on my eyes.

Early Xmas gift. Enjoying except I thought the sound would be better. You can crank it up in the 30's & 40's and it doesn't sound any louder.

Bought in late July. Great picture and features. Picture quality and clarity is outstanding. Very happy with purchase.

Picture quality is great, menu is easy to navigate. Occasionally can be slow to open and close different apps, but no playback issues.
