Hi CDCh, Thank you for sharing your review of the TU7000 Crystal UHD TV. We value your feedback regarding the included Sleep Timer and will share it with our teams. While the TV does not have a dedicated sleep timer button, you can still access this setting through the interface on the TV. Using your TV remote, navigate to Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer, and then select the amount of time you would like the TV to stay on before powering itself off. You can set the sleep timer up to 180 minutes, after which the TV will turn off. If there is anything we can do to improve your enjoyment such as helping to optimize settings for your specific usage scenario, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Poor screen clarity, especially with dark backgrou

No perceptible screen between This and my old Sony 1080 TV Remote has a lag when pushing buttons, not very user friendly

To optimize the performance of your TV, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. You may also want to try to use Picture Clarity Settings: Go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings Change Picture Clarity from Auto to Custom and adjust LED Clear Motion to get the best results.
