Tv is a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part this TV is a great TV . The apps the technology everything about it is great it only has one small flaw to it, after a while of use the screen will start to flicker a little bit what you just have to turn the TV off and turn it back on for it to stop. I don't know if that's something that needs to be updated or if there's a problem with the inner workings of the screen itself. but if that's the only thing I have to worry about it's not that big of a deal to me.

This has been a worthy upgrade.

we did not need a new tv! we picked up this tv on a whim partially due to price and honestly just to see if there was any discernable difference from our plasma tv. once in and running, side by side with a very high-end, older samsung plasma tv there was no going back. everything was an upgrade! we had used rokus and firesticks to stream our tv; the ease of using the functions of the "smart tv" was more than expected. there is definitely a difference in the picture quality. we had what we thought was the best and this new tv proved to be so much better.

Samsung TV

This tv has a great picture and looks great on the wall. Extremely happy with the purchase and will be getting another Samsung after our new home is built.

82in of pure bliss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old 55in Samsung after a lightning strike and figured we might as well upgrade to this mammoth. We have owned this for almost a year and I couldn't imagine downsizing back to something smaller. This model doesn't have local dimming zones like the series up, however is still amazing. We watch a ton of movies and also game with an Xbox Series X. It swaps back and forth to game mode when needed for lower latency. Its been a solid tv and great experience so far 👌

Nice quality

great tv i am very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally we had a TV just for our children to watch videos, but since we bought this TV we have used it for many other things, such as watching series and movies on different apps, broadcasting from our cell phones, mirroring screens, playing on different video game consoles , listen to music, I can even connect it to the sound bar for a better sound experience when we watch movies, my youngest son lost the remote control and it was no problem because with the smarthings app we can do whatever we want, we are very happy to have made this purchase. we have a great tv

Great features

Picture clear , mac mirroring works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i mostly use mirroring from laptop, It renders pictures perfect. Slow some times , may be the internet not sure. Also there is a bright spot at the left bottom of the tv, not sure it appears all times. Over all for 43" , it does work better.

Not bad for the price, but no Hulu App

the image quality is good for the price. the overall experience is good. but we mostly use streaming services. i had a 42" samsung before, that didn't have the hulu app available. we bough this one because it had the app logo in the box, instead of other brand of similar quality and price. for our surprise, it had almost all the apps we use, except hulu. we have the app on our phones and tables and we can stream it to the tv, but the whole idea on buying this tv was not having to do that. other than that, i wish it had some analog connection for dvd players and audio receivers. it only has 2 hdmi and one audio (optical) 1 usb port and one lan port.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not able to find the Hulu app. First, please make sure you are running the latest firmware version (ver 1401.7) Software updates are regularly released for Samsung products. If possible, you should always update to the latest version to make sure that your device is the best it can possibly be. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. If your app is not available on the home screen, you can search for it and install it. - Press Home, then select the Apps icon - Navigate to the top and select the Search icon (magnifying glass) - Type Hulu in the search bar and install the app Note: You may need to cold reboot the TV for Hulu to load this version (5.3.262) To cold reboot the TV: While the TV is on, press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV turns off and then back on.
