Volume issues

this tv randomly turns the volume off after its on for awhile. i have to change channels to get the volume to return.

If the audio drops out issue happens when connected to an external audio device like a soundbar via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.
