(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've always liked Samsung TVs. The colour on this Samsung 50” Chrystal tv is amazing. Chrystal clear with vibrant colours. The remote is easy to use and understand. Love my tv!!

everything about the tv was great except the remote. its was so bad i return my tv after 2 days. there are way to many buttons on the remote and it does'nt have a natural feel like my other tv remotes.

Bought this like 2 yrs ago, great tv no problems except for the remote, the botton came off, tried putting back keeps falling off, now looking to buy maybe smart remote

Great TV. But, don't like the remote. All the buttons are in the wrong spot, maybe it takes getting use to.....logistically the main functions don't line up........play, stop, etc. Free channels were a great surprise.
