Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has great picture a film thicker than most TV on market. Remote works in pretty much any direction. And smart apps is great. Only thing is if you don't have a samsung product a lot of features don't work.

great size and clear picture - some draw backs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] issues: It doesn't appear that I can link it up to wifi earbuds the sound is all over the place, doesn't pic up conversation well but blasts you out on the sound effects and music the screen is incredibly dark. the rep I bought it from warned me but I didn't believe him. Its dark and I've tried adjusting what little I can in the display settings but its a lost cause. I can't watch darker themed things during the day with blinds open on my windows. pairs well with firestick is thin and very lightweight reasonably priced

Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List Some things to keep in mind when using Bluetooth headphones: - You can only pair one Bluetooth audio device at a time. - You can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature (also called Surround), or TV SoundConnect simultaneously. To adjust your TV's sound, you may want to try adjusting the settings to suit your personal sound preferences. You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings I see that you’ve already tried adjusting your image, please try the below instructions: Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. Awesome Affordable Smart 4k

Amazing smart 4k tv with live tv included as well where you have your apps. Having remote in the smartthings app is also sooo useful when you loose your physical remote. Looking forward to buy a bigger 70 inch for my dinnig room

Amazing Smart TV!

we needed a new tv and have always heard good things about samsung products so we decided to go with this one. so glad we did, this tv is amazing. all we did is plug different items in and the tv found them immediately - xfinity, nintendo, xbox, all the apps are already there and labeled. you don't have to worry about hitting input anymore... you simply click the over button and a list of all your stuff is right there. its amazing and i don't know how we ever lived without it. lol love this tv!! it has updated a few times and it takes literally seconds - our old phillips tv took forever to update, never found our wifi.. it was an awful tv. this tv found our wifi immediately.

Our New Living Room TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our living room TV. We watch movies and love the steaming capabilities of the TV. The only downside to this TV is that it only has 2 HDMI ports. Makes it hard to connect stereo, DVD player and any streaming device like Fire TV.

Slow, clumsy User experience

apps are slow to load (compared to another brand this unit replaced) and interface is non-intuitive. picture is great. remote poor, many buttons tiny, especially pause and play buttons which are hard to find when watching in dim light. remote (unlike previous other brand) only ir (previous was bluetooth), requiring careful aim to work. overall user experience to control tv is quite lacking.

Great video and smart tv features

My First Samsung Smart TV and it's good so far

I just wish I could reposition the apps in my homescreen. Also wishing this model had Alexa built-in. But overall, this smart TV is good.
