color is clear

the color is clear but even with the setting to its full brightness is seems dark. we tried with the auto but still too dark. other than that it works just fine

Great for Streaming

Overall Great

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Minimal assembly and easy set up. Easy transition between the different apps and pretty cool functionality when used with Xbox. 10/10 recommend this for a smaller game room or entertainment room.

Nice clear color except for dark scenes!

having read some other reviews, i am now seeing that there are others having the same problem with black and dark scenes. we feel like we missed half the shows since so much of the have dark scenes. very disappointing.

Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support.
