[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is absolutely amazing. It has great smart features. I can use my phone as the remote . Comes with Netflix installed right out of the box. The couple times we have moved it around we haven't had any problems with it . Movies and shows are fun to watch as they are HD and in 4k as well. It is a great addition to a living room, but if your looking to upgrade your room to a theater this is the tv to do it.

Plug and play style set-up, took less than 2 minutes to get cable and blu-ray set up for control by the TV. The Smart Things app for the phone instantly setup many of steaming service accounts. Picture quality is amazing with great flexibility in adjusting for various lighting situations. Also great that you can adjust picture settings for individual sources which seem to vary.

It was the nicest TV I had ever purchased or owned! Delete: Then my ex's boyfriend stole it and numerous other items from my house. At the dissolution hearing she claimed it broke as soon as they got it to their new house. Please Samsung; gift me with a new TV! I don't own one anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV mainly for streaming media and playing video games. I have encountered little issues throughout owning this TV for about a year now. I have experienced a couple of times where the screen has had issues with display and makes the picture unrecognizable. Also, issues with connecting to the internet have been the most prominent issue, but both issues can be resolved with a simple reset. Every issue I've had can be quickly diagnosed with no needed specialist. I can say I will greatly recommend this TV to friends and family as far as positives go. This TV has an amazing display once the type of media or game actually supports 4K. The audio is fairly good and needs some tweaks to adjust to the environment where the TV is positioned. If you connect an HDMI cable for gaming to this TV, it automatically activates game mode as well which lightens the colors for a better experience. Sadly, for me to enjoy this feature, I have to manually do it since it is an issue on my behalf. Otherwise, it is a solid 4/5 for those minor issues you have, but most products will always need some type of reset either way.

If you want to see all the fine lines on your favorite sitcom character's face, get this TV. Next, the sound quality is also amazing. When I'm watching at 20 volume I feel the need to turn it down a little because the sound is so clear and loud. It makes watching any show or movie feel like an event, especially because mine is mounted.Ok, now the cons:Im not a fan of the organization or navigation on the Home Screen. It can easily take forever to get to the application you're looking for and there are so many different places to go that i found myself easily in the wrong place.All in all, I give this TV a 10/10. I give the menu programing a 6/10. I hope this helps someone :).

This is my second 4k and it does not disappoint. The sound quality isn't exactly amazing, but overall it's okay, especially when hooked up to my speaker system.
