Worst tv ive had

great picture but this tv sucks. theres like 5 steps just to set a timer. it wouldnt load and app si deleted it and now it wont let me re-download it. plus it was annoying to learn with no actual home screen. samsung tvs suck.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps: Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps if any. We also suggest you check your internet connection: 1. Use 5G WiFi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Purchased this almost 3 years ago and haven't had any issues. Great picture and sound quality. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because doesn't have the option for voice search. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Works with spectrum app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV works great. One thing I like is it does allow you to do is use the online DVR with the spectrum tv app. The app is not available on google tv, had to buy a Roku, for the other TV.
