Great picture!

Great product just needs some improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and picture quality however when trying to go into Netflix or other apps it glitches and sometimes wont even load them. Checked my wifi was working and everything problem is the tv .

Hi Claudia, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Netflix app. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue. Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, we will utilize the self-diagnostic tool, which further optimizes performance, checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. Voice Controller: Although the TU7000 does not have voice assistants built in, they do work with Alexa and Google Assistant external devices. You can connect them to your existing Alexa and Google Assistant devices to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you.
