Tv is definitely defective and needs updates which are not out there. It's slow when surfing through apps and sometimes freezes. The picture settings keep resetting.

Samsung server does not respond to current software update. Was told by Samsung to wait a few days and retry. 3 weeks have gone by with same results. Very disappointed!!

i've only had the tv about a month and am glad to have purchased the samsung brand, since all my other gadgets are samsung. samsung bixby makes it all very easy compared to amazon alexa.
