Great TV, Hard to set up and bad remote

now that the tv is set up it works fine. however, it took hours to set up because every option ended in "error" and the tv could not connect to the samsung app.

Great tv

TV a good deal

We like the smart features and how easy it pairs with other electronics. Not very many apps. Remote could be a little bigger or friendlier to use to type out searches. Otherwise, we are happy with our new 'smart' purchase.

Great tv with some flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great tv, just that the remote control is hard to adjust and an issue to program or block antenna tv channels and a issue that twitch and crunchyroll and vrv are not available to download.

Samsung offers hundreds of apps in our App Store that you can download, and we are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. Using the Program Rating Lock function can be useful for controlling what programs children can watch on the TV based on their ratings. This does not block programs originating from external sources such as Blu-ray players, DVD players, or USB files. Go to: Settings > Broadcasting > Program Rating Lock Settings Every time you access Program Rating Lock Settings, you just enter the security PIN. You must also enter this PIN to watch a blocked program. The default PIN in “0000”. To change the PIN, go to Settings > General > System Manager > Change PIN. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Great TV overall

Could be a 10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the picture and looking at my TV. The Bixby voice can be a bit confuseing. I hate the remote, it is easy to get lose for its so small. You can't even see it sitting on the table.
