I loved the tv and picture once we bought it. But the picture is dark and we only hear the sound. Once it is on for a while you may see a picture faintly or normal. Its got increasingly worse. We own all Samsung tvs and are so upset with this

The color profile and general quality of the picture is good. But because the TV is so thin it's hard to fit good speakers in it. If you get this TV make sure to get a better sound system for it.

my only complaint is the apps, missing a few that i would think all smart tv's should have. there seems to be no way to download them, my sony has that feature, and adds apps when there are new ones...
