Got a defective item. Very disappointed

Bought this TV 2 years ago as a TV for my bedroom, I rarely watch TV in my bedroom and the first year and a half I maybe turned it on for a total of 5 hours, in the last 6 months I started using more often and average about 2-3 hours a day 3-4 times a week. It is now in a constant shutdown and restart mode and I can't even get the screen to stay on past the Samsung Smart TV screen. I have tried the unplugging and plugging back in after 30 seconds method, checked the power cord, replaced the power cord with a new one, unplugged it for a week and plugged it back in and still cycles the same. For the price and how little it has been used, it should have lasted a lot longer than it did. I had a repair shop look at it and they said the power supply circuit was toast and causing the constant loop, the price to repair it is more than the TV cost new. I will never buy Samsung TV again especially after reading this is a common issue amongst almost all models they make. Save yourself the hassle and buy a Vizio brand TV, they are cheaper, same quality from my experience and last a whole lot longer.

Those worst tv in the entire world. I would take my grandmas wooden tv with 4 channels over this ridiculous thing. The software is horrible. It's laggy and unresponsive most of the time. I press home. Wait 30 seconds for a response. Then I hit arrow over to my streaming platform… nothing then it remembers to do something and shoots passed the ap and I have to start all over again. I'll never buy a Samsung tv. I'll look at LG.

I didn't like the pucture nor sound quality. Also, it took several weeks before it arrived to my address. After much thought I returned the TV.

Great TV. Matches my size and weight requirement. Very easy to set up. Smooth key functions. High quay of sound and picture

If you are Samsung,then why don't blue tooth speakers like JBL,your very own company,work with Samsung SmartTVs?

I am happy to have it. But 8k already exist and the value Will drop of the 4k Will be behind. What's next ... put more mms for computer please. ...
