Great tv for a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has all the features/apps you would want out of a tv without the huge price tag. It's also very easy to use/navigate (even my 4 year old can use it to get onto netflix by himself !!! )

Mirror image

Ver61y: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing issues connecting devices using Bluetooth. When connecting via Bluetooth, there are a few things to keep in mind. 1) You can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature simultaneously. 2) Compatibility issues may occur, depending on the Bluetooth device (A Mobile exclusive headphone may not be available, depending on the environment). 3) Lip-sync errors may occur. 4) The TV and Bluetooth device may disconnect, depending on the distance between them 5) A Bluetooth device may hum or malfunction: a) When a part of your body is in contact with the receiving/transmitting system of the Bluetooth device or the TV. b) When the device is subject to electrical variation from obstructions caused by a wall, corner, or office partitioning. c) When the device is exposed to electrical interference from same frequency-band devices including medical equipment, microwave ovens, and wireless LANs. Integrates well with smart home

Disappointed

this is my second samsung and this tv has the worst picture i've seen on a new tv in years. so dark that if i'm trying to watch a black and white movie, its impossible. i had it installed by a company so am not sure what to do about it.

Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. NICE TV

why a 4? well, would be nice to have 3 hdmis, my 60 that was replaced (also samsung) had 3. the picture and sound quality are excellent. the setup and remote interaction was a breeze. the unit is big and hangs so i can't speak about the stand.

Great television
