Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. Samsung offers hundreds of apps in our App Store that you can download, and we are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. Using the Program Rating Lock function can be useful for controlling what programs children can watch on the TV based on their ratings. This does not block programs originating from external sources such as Blu-ray players, DVD players, or USB files. Go to: Settings > Broadcasting > Program Rating Lock Settings Every time you access Program Rating Lock Settings, you just enter the security PIN. You must also enter this PIN to watch a blocked program. The default PIN in “0000”. To change the PIN, go to Settings > General > System Manager > Change PIN. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu.
