Best Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered on line and picked up at store. Easy set up. Just followed direction and had no problems. The picture quality could be a little better when night scenes are shown,they are to dark.

Best tv on the market

EXTREMELY POOR TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is extremely poor. Does not have motion detection so stays on without shutting off if no one is there. Slow internet access. BIXBY SUCKS voice recognition does not compute. SAD TV

First, let's ensure your firmware is up to date. Please go to Settings> Support > Software Update. You can easily update your firmware from here. Next, go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. If you would like your TV to turn off after inactivity, you can enable Auto Power Off. To do so, go to Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off. Also, please know that the TU7000 TV model does not have voice assistants built-in. However, they do work with Alexa and Google Assistant. Samsung 50" 120Hz 4K UHD Crystal TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is really fluid and vivid. The 120Hz 4K UHD really brings the fullness out of my gaming console's graphics processor. It looks beautiful. Big ups to Ssung for this one.
