We Love It!

Garbage junk

on my 3rd replacement ive literally been on the phone with india trying to get warranty coverage longer than ive been able to watch the actual tv terrible products now ill never buy another samsung product

Don't buy this tv

See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it. - Settings > General > Eco Solution > Auto Power Off - Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer If the TV continues to turn off by itself continuously, please contact our TV Support via: Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Has all of the bells and whistles. But one issue.

The product is really great.

Horrible tv, do not buy

This TV has been extremely dark the entire time I've had it. No matter which settings are on, it's either so faded white or blacks are to drowned out they look white. This tv is one of the worst Samsung products I've seen.
