i bought this tv not even 8 months ago and the picutre is alresdy ruined, back lights bursted out of nowhere and its constanlty disconnecting to phones or wifi, thought this tv was great until all these issues started not even 8 months

when i saw floor model on display picture and color wa sphenomenol but when i set up in home its not great , i think oled is better choice for bedroom tvs

broken tv right out of the box samsung refuses to do anything about it. i have one specialist telling me they are coming out to fix it and another telling me oh well go fly a kite. unbelievable! absolutely last samsung i purchase

I found the audio very poor and this has not been satisfactorily resolved by adding a sound bar and woofer. Also there is a dark shadow ten square inches.in area in the upper left screen
