I bought this TV less than two weeks ago and it does not work. I bought a Samsung specifically for the Samsung TV Plus. Despite numbers us calls, it still does not work, it is unable to update to new software and it is missing key functionality.

I like most of the features of this t.v. But trying to watch some of my old vhs tapes is impossible since the new “smart t.v.'s” do not have rca hookups.
